TOPSIL COMPLETES FULLY SUBSCRIBED RIGHTS ISSUE WITH GROSS PROCEEDS OF DKK 93.5 MIO 

Topsils rights issue with 103.890.151 new shares at a rate of DKK 0.90 per share with subscriptions rights for exciting shareholders, has successfully been fully subscribed. As is common in rights issues, a small number of the issued shares (0.52 %) was not subscribed, but were underwritten by Realdania, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker Aktieselskab, Small Cap Danmark A/S og Fondsmæglerselskabet LD Invest A/S.

The result of the rights issue are gross proceeds of DKK 93.5 mill. and net proceeds of approx. DKK 87.0 mill. after expenses. The proceeds and the expected cash flow from operations will be used to implement the offensive growth strategy and expand the production capacity.

The total number of shares in Topsil after the issue amounts to 519.450.755 shares at a nominal of DKK 0.25.

The new shares will be officially listed at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from Friday the 21st of May 2010 under the isin code for the existing shares (DK0010271584).
