The international alliance of corporate finance firms all having a unique position at their local market respectively, Mid-Capital, enlarges its alliance with the Smith Square Partners covering UK.

With Smith Square Partners entrance Mid-Capital has ten members: eight members serving the European markets of France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland and the UK and two associated members, Wells Fargo in the USA and Kotak in India. Together the alliance comprises some 200 corporate finance professionals.
