SKJERN BANK´S OFFER OFSUBORDINATED LOAN HAS BEEN FULLY SUBSCRIBED

Skjern Bank’s issue of listed subordinated loan of DKK 100 mill. has upon expiry of the offer period on 8 December 2009 been fully subscribed.

The subscription is allocated to 600 individuals and companies predominately from the south-west of Jutland in Denmark. No single subscription exceeds 5% of the total issue.

ATRIUM Partners has acted as financial advisor for Skjern Bank in connection with the issue of subordinated loan.
