ATRIUM Partners is Lead Manager for Columbus IT Partner A/S

ATRIUM Partners is Lead Manager in the ongoing rights issue in Columbus IT. Columbus IT offers 26,434,873 new shares at a share price of DKK 1.90 per share with pre-emption rights to existing shareholder in the ratio of 3:1. Gross proceeds of approx. DKK 50.2 million will partly be used for internal investments and partly for acquisitions.

The issue is underwritten by Consolidated Holdings A/S.

ATRIUM Partners has as Lead Manager of the rights issue prepared and executed the issue, including communication and coordination with the Danish FSA and NASDAQ OMX and headed drafting of the prospectus.
