ATRIUM Partners' partners are very knowledgeable about the success criteria and purpose of private equity and in their previous positions they have been involved in a vast range of transactions with private equity houses as clients and counterparts, including EQT’s acquisition RKI Kredit Information, Nordic Capital and Polaris’ acquisition of Microtronic, Axcel and Polaris’ acquisition of Vest-Wood, Industri Kapital’s duivestment of Hjem-IS, Axcel’s divestment of Tvilum-Scanbirk etc. The partners also have experience in fundraising for Industri Kapital and Axcel, inter alia.
