In their previous positions since the mid 1990s, ATRIUM Partners' partners have been involved in a number of high profiled privatisations. Specifically, ATRIUM Partners' partners have been involved in the divestment of Combus to Arriva, the merger of Scandlines and Deutsche Fährgesellschaft and the sale of ownership interests in BG Bank and EKR Eksportkredit Forsikringsselskab. The partners have also been involved in a number of privatisation studies including studies targeting the privatisation of Københavns Lufthavne and TDC.
ATRIUM Partners has an extraordinarily understanding of the challenges and priorities in a privatisation process. This includes a well-established understanding of how the Ministry of Finance and other ministries manage such processes on behalf of the State of Denmark and the government. Based on this thorough and genuine understanding of Danish privatisations, ATRIUM Partners offers its services to the State of Denmark and its representatives as well as to buy-side participants in Danish privatisations.
