Among other transactions, ATRIUM Partners was involved in the complicated financial restructuring of Columbus IT Partner’s capital structure, where a partial sale of two large shareholdings made it possible to establish a temporary subordinated loan facility followed by a guaranteed rights issue with pre-emptive rights to existing shareholders.
Earlier ATRIUM Partners was involved in the bailout of Danionics through the establishment of an international joint venture with GP Batteries in China.
