ATRIUM Partners has substantial experience in the initial public offering (IPO) of companies on both Danish and international stock exchanges

ATRIUM Partners' partners have in their previous positions since the early 1990s been involved in more than 6 out of 10 IPOs on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. On the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, their transactional experience includes the listing of Navision, Novozymes, Falck, Vestas, SimCorp, NeuroSearch, Bavarian Nordic, RTX Telecom, Søndagsavisen etc. The partners have also been involved in numerous international listings. ATRIUM Partners' equity capital market advisory extends far beyond IPOs. In their previous positions ATRIUM Partners' partners have advised Scandinavian Airlines on the transformation from three national shares to one Scandinavian share. Also, the partners have been involved in a range of share issues, share buybacks and delistings involving companies like ISS, Group 4 Falck, Novozymes, B&O, NEG Micon etc. ATRIUM Partners also advises on the IPO preparation process itself, including (to the extent relevant) organisational development, timing and selection of IPO advisors. In these assignments ATRIUM Partners does not form part of the IPO syndicate as such, nor does ATRIUM Partners participate in the share selling. Instead ATRIUM Partners acts as a discussion partner for the owner, the board of directors and the management in matters of relevance to the IPO process, e.g. in regards to the so-called beauty parades prior to IPO syndicate selection and subsequent monitoring of the syndicate’s progress etc.
