The ATRIUM Partners group consists of two legal companies – ATRIUM Partners A/S and ATRIUM Kapitalforvaltning Fondsmæglerselskab (Wealth Management). ATRIUM Partners A/S is owned by its partners and employees, and the Advisory Council. ATRIUM Kapitalforvaltning Fondsmæglerselskab (Wealth Management) is partly owned by its partners and partly by ATRIUM Partners A/S.

ATRIUM Partners is an independent partnership consisting of partners and senior employees with many years of experience from Nordic as well as international investment banking. Our partners have all been active within Corporate Finance, Asset Management and Wealth Management since the 1980's.

Via the Advisory Council, ATRIUM Partners has access to a substantial network of industrialists with experience build up throughout the past 25-35 years within retail, the service industry, the construction industry, the pharmaceutical industry and the financial sector. The broad network of these experienced executives contributes to widened business opportunities and maximise the opportunities of success in our transactions.
