Asger Kastbjerg, CEO and professional member of board of directors
Asger Kastbjerg (1948) is an independent adviser with AK Management and a professional board member. He has a vast network of contacts as well as an extensive financing and restructuring experience, not least from his position as a senior executive and Head of corporate customers and credit granting with Andelsbanken and the Unibank Group. He is a board member of A. Espersen, ATRIUM Fondsmæglerselskab, Beck Pack Systems, Cartoli, Insepa, Intermate Holding, Investeringsselskabet af 30.09.2003 og Rahbekfisk. He is also second chair of Cognitive Science Holding, Eurocog, Triobike and Trioinvest.
Axel Nørskov Laursen, CEO and professional board member
Axel Nørskov Laursen (1951), has through his 12 years as CEO of Atlas-Stord Denmark A/S and most recently as Executive Vice President of DISA Industries, extensive experience from processing industries and turnkey projects. Mr Laursen is CEO of NORLAU A/S and is a board member of Number1Service, Telecare, Union Engerneering, Thermo Invest and Harboe Fondsmæglerselskab. He is also second chair of Kosan Crisplant and the chair of Liftup and JILKO.
David Meyer, CEO
David Meyer (1957) is the CEO of VELUX A/S. Mr. Meyer is the chairman of the board of a number of VELUX subsidiaries as well as for A/S Gelsted Bygningsindustri, BT Components A/S, Gåsdal Bygningsindustri A/S, Velserv A/S, Velterm A/S. Furthermore he is a board member of Cerama and Pressalit. David Meyer has previously served as the Director of GVP Electronics A/S and GVP Industri A/S (2004-2005) and as CEO of Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S (1998-2003).

Erik G. Hansen (1952) is CEO of Tresor Asset Advisers and a professional board member. Hemming Van, Managing Director
Hemming Van (1956) is the majority shareholder of Daloon A/S where he has been Managing Director since 1989. He is also the founder and owner of HV Invest ApS, and he founded Easy Foods A/S, where he today serves as chairman. Furthermore he serves as the chairman of Dagligvareleverandørforeningen and Easy Productions A/S, as the vice-chairman of Albani Fonden, and as a board member of Royal Unibrew A/S, Dallon A/S, Easy Holding A/S, Halberg A/S, Halberg Kapital A/S, Halberg Investering A/S, HV Invest ApS, HV Properties ApS, SE 274711 ApS, DI Fødevarer og DI Handel. Ib Kunøe, CEO
Ib Kunøe (1943) is the chairman and owner of Consolidated Holdings, as well as co-owner of a number of different companies. Mr. Kunøe is one of the founders of the Mercuri Urval-group. He is a board member of ATRIUM Partners and the chair of Atea A/S, Columbus IT CDRator, Consolidated Holdings A/S, Core Workers A/S, DanPalletiser, Morsing PR, Netop Solutions A/S, Primare AB, Sparresholm Jagtselskab and Thrust IT. Ivan Nadelmann, CEO
Ivan Nadelmann (1946) is CEO and the owner of the Biludan Group, better known as Avis. He has in-depth experience in developing and operating service industry concepts from his many years in the car leasing industry. He is a board member of Jupolcar Holding A/S, Objective A/S, Andersen & Martini A/S, Jet Time A/S and Biludan Gruppen. Karsten Borch, professional board member
Karsten Borch (1943) began his career as a journalist, he then became the information manager for A.P. Møller and after switching to their shipping company became a ship-owner and a partner. After a period as the CEO of one of the worlds first projects for viable rainforests in South America, Mr. Borch returned to London in 1994 were he founded the consultancy company Borch Associates and began a career as a professional board member which has led him to board posts in companies such as LEGO, subsidiary companies of the ØK concern and the ECCO-group. Today he serves as chairman of Danionics A/S, C&I International GmbH, E.S.I. AG, K.T.Trading AG, KRM AG, as vice chairman for ECCO Sko A/S and ECCO Leater Group A/S, and as a board member of HADA Holding A/S, ECCO Holding A/S and Dansk Generationsskifte.

Per Hornung Pedersen, professional board member and advisory director
Per Hornung (1953) was previously CEO of Repower Systems AG (2008-2011), CEO of Suzlon Energy A/S (2004-2008) and has served as CFO in NEG Micon/Vestas (2000-2004). Before joining the wind industry Per has held managerial and executive positions in Construction, Packaging and Telecom industry. Per Hornung is now active as a Supervisory Board member in Deltaq A/S, Chaiman of Attraq A/S , Advisory Director of MerSanCapital Holding NY, USA and Advisory Director of MCFCorporateFinance, Hamburg and acting as industry advisor to Danish and German PE Funds.
Per Møller, Professional board member
Per Møller (1943) has extensive experience in finance and in-depth knowledge of investment banking and private equity investments, including from his former position as CEO of Superfos, a company owned by Industri Kapital and Ratos. Additionally, Mr. Møller is vice chairman of Biomar A/S, and board member of Bjarne Jensens Fond.
Stig Løkke Pedersen, professional board member
Stig Løkke Pedersen (1961) has been Executive Vice president of H. Lundbeck A/S. Stig Løkke Pedersen holds a M.Sc. in Economics and has worked within the pharmaceutical industry since 1986. Until 1992 he worked for Ciba-Ceigy in Denmark, Switzerland and South Africa. In 1992 he joined H. Lundbeck A/S where he as director of business development undertook the construction of a global subsidiary structure for Lundbeck. From 1996 till 1998 he was the managing director of Lundbeck´s subsidiary in the Netherlands and in 1998 he returned to headquarters where he until 2001 acted as senior vice president of corporate affairs with the responsibility of entering into a number of large partner alliances which still to this day has founded the company’s large growth. In 2001 Stig Løkke Pedersen took on the responsibility of the groups commercial operations for non European activities. In 2003 he was appointed executive vice president and member of the managing team and in 2006 he undertook the overall responsibility of Lundbeck´s commercial operations. Stig Løkke Pedersen is a member of VL-4 and also the chairman of the biotech company Nuecolution A/S.
Thomas Hartwig, Chairman of ATRIUM's Board of Directors and professional board member
Thomas Hartwig (1950) was Managing Director of Accenture Scandinavia (1990-2003), Toyota Denmark A/S (1989-90), Illum’s A/S (1988-89) and Diners Club A/S (1987-88) and Head of Sales and Marketing of IBM A/S (1983-87). Today he is the chairman of Maconomy A/S and Netcompany A/S and he is second chair of TPS Ltd.
Tom Behrens-Sørensen, director and professional board member
Tom Behrens-Sørensen (1958) is a professional board member and advisor. Mr Behrens-Sørensen was employed at A.P. Møller-Mærsk A/S for more than 20 years, where he started as a Personal Assistant to Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller (1986-1989). During his career at A.P. Møller-Mærsk A/S he held several positions, among others Managing Director in India (1990-1993) and China (1994-2003). In 2003 Mr Behrens-Sørensen was appointed Regional Director for the North Asian Region and subsequently chairman for A.P.Møller-Mærsk A/S in Singapore (2003-2007). From 2008 to 2009 he was chairman for the North Asian Region. Mr Behrens-Sørensen was chairman for the Danish Chamber of Commerce, Vice-president and member of the Board at the European Camber of Commerce in China and Advisory Council member in a number of Asian companies and Chinese provinces. Since October 2009 Mr Behrens-Sørensen has been a professional board member and advisor for several companies and funds within shipping, transport, service and the maritime industry in both Asia and Denmark.
